Summer is here. Make sure your house is up to the task. A complete home inspection will identify maintenance issues that may have been overlooked. ReplyDeleteIf your children are like mine. The simplist way to save a little are those screw in cpf bulbls. They use much less electricity, emmit far less heat (taking a load off your A/C), and in older homes may reduce your trips to the panel to reset breakers as they reduce the power load.
