Energize Your Home!

This blog is about making your home work for you. Many of us work for the homes we own. It's time to turn that situation around and squeeze more out of our investments. Please feel free to insert your questions, comments, or even advise on how to make our homes work for us. Thanks Mark Brandt http://mark.a.brandt.googlepages.com mark.a.brandt@gmail.com

  1. Summer is here. Make sure your house is up to the task. A complete home inspection will identify maintenance issues that may have been overlooked. Followed by some improvements that can be made to improve your homes efficiency. You might be surprised how even small items can reduce this summers engergy usage.

  2. If your children are like mine. The simplist way to save a little are those screw in cpf bulbls. They use much less electricity, emmit far less heat (taking a load off your A/C), and in older homes may reduce your trips to the panel to reset breakers as they reduce the power load.

  3. Infrared thermography can show you more about your home than you ever imagined. If you are trying to locate those winter drafts, hot spots on your electrical panel, missing insulation in walls, then you need to schedule an inspection and let me show you what our eyes can miss. It is amazing and really worth the effort. chedule a a home inspecton now and energize your home. Mark Brandt - 559.577.0150
